Home again, home again.
Sep. 25th, 2008 04:39 pmWell, we are home again after a grand vacation and an excellent post-vacation food-vacation.
We spent two and a half days in Québec City, then seven days on the Freewheeling Adventures Bas-Saint-Laurent trip. Then one more night in Québec City and meandering home last Sunday. lunacow and family. Even though I was back at work, we were dining out with them every night, and thus the "food-vacation" extension. We ate well on the trip and after!
Now I'm sifting through 650+ pictures and my travel journal. What I will probably do is post daily notes and pictures and back-date them for the actual days of the trip, and then post again when it's all up on the blog.
I've been easing back into real life and have started eating salad and chicken breasts as penance. I have to do about 5-8 pounds worth of penance, even with the cycling. Oops.
