The KTB was in it's usual good form last night. It was fun to be back so soon for another special dinner. It was disappointing that there weren't more guests. We got D&N to go with us, and there were, I think, seven other guests, and four people from the brewery. The menu is below. Everything was delicious; the beers were perfectly paired with the food. Standouts for me were the Japanese style lager, the pork chop, and the dessert. Yummy.
